AJM Alumnae Council

Mary Fran (America’s Junior Miss 1961) founded the America’s Junior Miss Council in 1995 as the official Junior Miss Alumnae organization – a sisterhood of women who have participated in Junior Miss at any level who wanted to further the goals of the program and expand the opportunities for every young woman to participate. It is another wonderful way to stay connected with Junior Miss, develop a network of Junior Miss contacts and give back to the organization that has touched each of our lives.

Vision

To be an active association of Junior Miss Alumnae; leveraging relationships to benefit the entire Junior Miss organization.

Mission

To provide services to benefit the personal and professional development of the AJM Council Members and to aggressively expand the opportunities for young women to experience the value of Junior Miss.

Membership

Anyone who has participated in Junior Miss at the local, state or national levels is invited to become a member of the AJM Alumnae Council. To join, please login to your AJM account online or visit our Membership Drive Page for more information.

By joining you will gain additional benefits such as the ability to search the AJM database for Junior Miss sisters and have access to our Council forum.  We look forward to your insight and contributions to further our mission.

The members have provided nearly $100,000 for scholarships at the National Finals. The Alumnae Council is run by a dedicated Board of Directors.
