Jan Stephenson

Jan Stephenson is a professional golfer and spokesperson for women in the business world. Named Rookie of the Year in 1974, Jan has won sixteen US LPGA titles and ten International titles and became the first female golfer to win on five continents. In 2005, she was voted by Forbes Magazine as one of the 200 “Most Powerful Women in the World” and Entrepreneur of the Year by Overtime Magazine in 2007. She is currently at the top of the Legends Tour career money list with six tour wins. Jan is the first female touring professional to own a golf course design company, which includes a state of the art “green” technology that has never been used in golf course developments. When not playing golf, Jan travels worldwide addressing various companies dealing with issues related to the woman in the business world. She was the first woman to be the keynote speaker at the Urban Land Institute’s Annual Convention and her subject “The Underestimated Power of the Woman” was the first time the focus of the whole convention was “The Woman and How to Sell to Her.”

Edward Elwyn Jones
|
Edward Elwyn Jones is the Gund University Organist and Choirmaster in The Memorial Church, Harvard University, and the conductor of Harvard’s Mozart Society Orchestra.? A native of Wales, Mr. Jones studied music at Cambridge University, where he was the organ scholar of Emmanuel College, and the conductor of three university orchestras. He moved to the United States in 1998 as a visiting scholar at Harvard, before completing a Master’s degree in Orchestral Conducting at the Mannes College of Music, where he was the recipient of the Felix Salzer Memorial Award. During his time in New York, he conducted La Traviata with the Regina Opera and Handel's Acis and Galatea with the Fiammetta Ensemble, while also working as assistant conductor for the Mannes Opera. At the Reykjavic Summer Opera Festival, Iceland, he has directed performances of Purcell’s Dido and Aeneas and Monteverdi’s L’incoronazione di Poppea, while at Harvard he has led productions of Mozart’s Don Giovanni and Idomeneo, Monteverdi’s L’incoronazione di Poppea, and Cavalli’s Il Giasone. He is also the Assistant Conductor and Chorus Master for Opera Boston, and has recently guest conducted the Longwood Symphony Orchestra and Emmanuel Music.

Mary Anna Dennard

Mary Anna Austin Dennard is a college audition coach for acting and musical theater, both areas in which she has years of professional experience. A professional actress since the age of 12, Mary Anna was also a casting director for film, TV and commercials for 15 years. With over 200 stage productions and an ongoing acting career, her casting credits have garnered an Academy Award, Emmy and several Cleos. She was the Director of Talent Development for the world renowned Kim Dawson Agency in Dallas where she coached and consulted some of the nation’s top money earning actors and models. Mary Anna’s coaching has been dubbed “The Princeton Review for Theater Auditions” by educators and her students have won multiple awards. She has been married to her husband of 28 years, David, and together they have two daughters; Austin and Brooks, who was 1st runner up to Texas’ Junior Miss in 2006.

Tyrenda Williams

Tyrenda Williams is a Public Relations consultant based out of New York City. She has worked for LifeStageMedia, Inc., The Harry Walker Agency, Ms. Foundation for Women and ABC News. She is actively involved in the Council on the Environment for New York City and a supporter of Guardian Life Insurance’s entrepreneurial program for high school girls, Girls Going Places. Ms. Williams earned a master’s degree in journalism and Latin American and Caribbean Studies from New York University, after obtaining a bachelor’s degree from Birmingham-Southern College in her hometown of Birmingham, Alabama. In 2001, she served as a guest professor of English and American Culture at Kodolanyi Janos University College in Szekesfehervar, Hungary. In 1997, Ms. Williams became the first African-American to win the title of America’s Junior Miss in the program’s 40-year history.

Bob Hartnagel

Bob Hartnagel is Chief of Staff to Senator Mark Leno, who represents the residents of San Francisco, Marin and Sonoma Counties in the California State Senate. With more than a decade of political work on the local and state level, he has worked to pass new laws protecting the environment, affordable housing, seniors, consumers, public safety and civil rights. Bob is a native of Dallas, Texas, and is a cum laude graduate of Northwestern University with a degree in Communication Studies and International Relations. He spent a year studying abroad at the University of Sussex in Brighton, England. A lifelong soccer player, Bob has traveled around the world playing in competitive soccer tournaments. He also enjoys running - one of his proudest accomplishment is finishing the San Diego Marathon in 3 hours and 15 minutes. He currently resides in Sacramento, California where he enjoys hanging out with his two year old Yorkie mixes, Oscar and Winston.
