Hawaii's Junior Miss

Our 2010 Hawaii's Junior Miss is Julia Hirata, from Honolulu. In our competition, her performance earned 3 separate awards, for a total of $5,500.00 in cash scholarships and, of course, the opportunity to compete at the next level of Junior Miss competition.

Julia's achievements include: Stanford University Reischauer Scholar • National Debate Qualifier • Punahou Carnival Division Head • Principal's Award • Excellence Award in AP Chemistry • Excellence Award in Japanese IV Honors • Excellence Award in English • Class Senator • President's Volunteer Service Award • National Merit Semi-finalist
